Biography

An Assistant Professor 5 of the Department of Medical Technology , Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Sto Santo Tomas. I taught major courses such as Microbiology lecture/ laboratory ; Mycology- Virology ;Immunology- Serology ( laboratory) ; Hematology 1 and 2 ( laboratory ) ; Micro- Parasitology ( lecture and Laboratory – Pharmacy students) ; Immunohematology ( lecture/ laboratory) ; Principles of Medical Laboratory Science Practice 1 and 2. , Parasitology ( laboratory ) : General Industrial Microbiology ( Biochemistry students ) and Seminar 1 and 2. Ms. Cardona completed her Bachelor’s and graduated cum laude in Master’s degrees in Medical Technology at the same university. She was a former Med. Tech. staff at the Outpatient Department , Clinical Division and Pay Laboratory of the University of Santo Tomas Hospital, and was appointed as laboratory coordinator from 2007 to 2010 and became as a Board of Director of PASMETH., a member of ADHOC Committee and of the Community Development Team of the Faculty of Pharmacy. She also taught at the Aquinas University of Legazpi as a guest lecturer, and New Era University. became a board reviewer, thesis- consultant – panelist and a trainer for the PASMETH- PAMET national quiz show.
