Biography

Richelle S. Alingog is a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor with a strong background in medical diagnostics and laboratory management. She has developed expertise in overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and training staff on best practices in clinical testing. Besides being a Supervisor, She also works as a certified Drug Test Analyst in the company. Alingog’s journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of the Philippines Manila, and she acquired Her license as a Medical Technologist. She also finished Her Master’s degree in Public Health from the same university. Her career began as a Research Assistant and then as a Senior Associate, where She handled a wide variety of Medical Patents, especially about Molecular Genetics.

In addition to a leadership role in the healthcare sector, Richelle is currently also a Faculty Member in the College of Medical Technologists in South SEED-LPDH College, where they share their passion for science and education with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her experiences have honed her expertise in both the practical and theoretical aspects of medical science. This unique combination of roles highlights Richelle’s commitment to both healthcare and education, shaping the next generation of professionals and thinkers.
