SSLC College of Pharmacy, Institutional Member of Philippine Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (PACOP)
January 2021. After 10 years of operations, SSLC College of Pharmacy has been approved as an Institutional Member of Philippine Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (PACOP). The application of Ms. Aleli Baes, Dean of SSLC College of Pharmacy which she submitted to PACOP the other year, took about two years before it was approved.
Presently, only 47 out of 99 Pharmacy Schools in the Philippines have passed the rigorous membership requirements of PACOP. SSLC College of Pharmacy is a Full Member of PACOP and of the FJCPPhA (Federation of Junior Chapters of Philippine Pharmacists Association).
SSLC Pharmacy faculty and students are now free to participate in all activities of the FJCPPhA. The recent webinars that the students attended were:
- Discover IPSF APRO (International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation Asia Pacific Regional Office) : Home Tour Virtual Project. The participants learned the world and international opportunities as pharmacy students with IPSF APRO.
- Pharmaceutical Care Services : Breaking barriers through Telepharmacy.
